♥ 3 Takeaway Lunch

The second group's microteaching was really interesting. The group consisted of Reini, Novia and Amanda. The situation was An Outdoor Lunch for Tourist at the Birdpark. Thus, the dishes that we cooked originated from 3 different countries. Italy, Japan and Scotland.
I enjoyed the practical pretty much and the food that Claire and I cooked turned out really fantastic. The taste of each dish was just right except that the pasta was a bit bland...
Spagetti
Japanese Curry Bento
This was my most favourite dish of the three that we cooked.

COMPARE THE TWO JAPANESE BENTO PRESENTATION
What i took back from the presentation of these 2 sets was that...
1) The rice should always be served on the largest compartment so that it is easier for the people to eat.
2) Seseme seeds shouldn't be on the curry but the rice.
3) Serve only the correct portion of rice. Not fill up the entire compartment with rice.
4) Curry shouldn't be so thick or too runny.

I'm glad we did the correct presentation for our bento set...
Sheperds Pie and Fruit
This was my second most favourite dish for the practical. The sheperd's pie was pretty well done, and the taste of the butter in the potato complimented the beef taste underneath the potato.

I was also amazed at how easy it was to do Sheperd's pie and that it could be done in an hours time.
Let's take a look at the Teacher's Presentation. Honestly, I love the their presentation. It really felt like they were all ready for a picnic.
